We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Free shipping on all UK orders. No minimum order value required. No additional charges are applied at checkout or at delivery.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (London Time) on a business day begin processing the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
We ship via reputable courier partners including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. All shipments are fully tracked — you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us at contact@northline-home.com and we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
All prices shown on our website are final and include any applicable taxes and fees. You will not be charged any additional taxes or fees at checkout or upon delivery.
