In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us at contact@northline-home.com and we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

All prices shown on our website are final and include any applicable taxes and fees. You will not be charged any additional taxes or fees at checkout or upon delivery.

Delivery Issues
