Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Revolut Pay, and Klarna. All available options are displayed at checkout. You are never charged until you confirm your order.

Are prices shown in GBP?
Yes. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Northline Home LTD is not currently VAT registered. The price shown at checkout is the complete amount you will pay — no hidden fees.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched — please contact us at contact@northline-home.com as soon as possible with your order number. Pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded within 7 business days. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.

I haven't received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at contact@northline-home.com with your name and email address and we will check your order status immediately.


Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Free on all UK orders. No minimum order value. No additional charges at checkout or delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes a further 2–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed before 22:00 (London Time) begin processing the same day.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery. You can also track anytime via our tracking portal.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
Contact us at contact@northline-home.com. A shipment is classified as lost if it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch — we will offer a full replacement or refund within 7 business days of confirmation.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.


Guarantee

Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. All Northline Home products are covered by a 2-Year Guarantee from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

How do I make a guarantee claim?
Email contact@northline-home.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the defect. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) Do not return items without written authorisation. See our Guarantee Policy for full details.


Your Rights as a UK Customer

What are my statutory rights?

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are not affected by any of our policies. For full details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
